NRS 641D.240: Rules and regulations.

The Board may make and promulgate rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter governing its procedure, the examination and licensure or registration of applicants, the granting, refusal, revocation or suspension of licenses or registrations and the practice of applied behavior analysis.
