GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Funeral arranger” means any person employed by a funeral establishment or direct cremation facility who meets with families, or other persons authorized pursuant to NRS 451.024 to order the disposition of human remains of a deceased person, to plan funeral services for a decedent.
