GENERAL PROVISIONS

Each holder of a license, permit or certificate issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS shall comply with the provisions of Part 453 of Title 16 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor.
