NEVADA FUNERAL AND CEMETERY SERVICES BOARD

All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter and chapters 451 and 452 of NRS must be paid to the Board to be used to defray the necessary expenses of the Board. The Board shall deposit the fees in banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations or savings banks in the State of Nevada.
