PROHIBITED ACTS; PENALTIES; ENFORCEMENT

Any person who shall practice or hold himself or herself out as practicing the profession of embalming of dead human bodies without having complied with the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.
