GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Esthetic medical procedure” means a procedure performed using an esthetic medical device for the purposes of the care of the skin, beautification, anti-aging, permanent hair reduction, skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, noninvasive body contouring, noninvasive lipolysis or other similar esthetic purposes.
