LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION FOR AND REGULATION OF COSMETOLOGISTS, HAIR DESIGNERS, ADVANCED ESTHETICIANS, ESTHETICIANS, NAIL TECHNOLOGISTS, HAIR BRAIDERS, SHAMPOO TECHNOLOGISTS, MAKEUP ARTISTS, ELECTROLOGISTS, APPRENTICES AND INSTRUCTORS; REGULATION OF PRACTICE
General Provisions

1. A person licensed or registered pursuant to this chapter may obtain a duplicate of that license or certificate for any reason.

2. To obtain a duplicate license or certificate a person must:

(a) Request a duplicate license or certificate from the Board; and

(b) Pay a fee of $25.
