GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry” or “Registry” means the mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators for licensing and registration of residential mortgage loan originators.
