NRS 645C.520: Revocation, suspension or denial of renewal of certificate, license or registration card: Notice of decision.

The Commission shall render a decision within 15 days after a hearing and serve the appraiser or intern with written notice of the decision within 60 days after the hearing. If the decision is adverse to the appraiser or intern, the notice must include the date upon which the decision becomes effective, which must be not less than 30 days after the date of the notice.
