NRS 645F.295: Confidentiality and privilege of information and material provided to Registry: Commissioner authorized to enter into agreements with other entities.

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of NRS 645F.294, the Commissioner may by regulation or order enter into agreements with other governmental agencies, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators or other associations representing governmental agencies.
