CHAPTER 645G - EXCHANGE FACILITATORS
MONEY RECEIVED BY COMMISSIONER OR DIVISION

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 645G.220 and 645G.410, all money received by the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter must be deposited in the State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of NRS 658.091.
