LICENSES AS COLLECTION AGENCIES AND COLLECTION AGENTS

Upon notification of the approval of the application by the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 649.135, the licensee shall have the right to conduct the business of a collection agency with all the powers and privileges contained in, but subject to, the provisions of this chapter.
