COMPLIANCE MANAGERS’ CERTIFICATES

Each person who is, or desires to become, the compliance manager of a collection agency shall submit an application for a compliance manager’s certificate to the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The application must include all information required to complete the application.
