DISCIPLINARY AND OTHER ACTIONS

If the Board receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board to consider the contents of the report. The Board shall adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
