DISCIPLINARY AND OTHER ACTIONS

The Board may refuse to issue or renew or may suspend or revoke a certificate or license if, after notice and a hearing as required by law, the Board determines that the certified court reporter or licensee has committed any of the acts set forth in NRS 656.240 or 656.250.
