NRS 669A.170: Certain organizational structure required for domestic family trust company; authority to do business in this State required for foreign family trust company.

An applicant for a license to conduct business as a licensed family trust company under this chapter must be organized as a corporation or limited-liability company under the laws of this State or authorized to do business in this State as a foreign corporation or foreign limited-liability company.
