NRS 673.0185: “Merger” defined.

“Merger” means that consolidation of corporate structures which results in the uniting of substantially all the assets and liabilities of one state-chartered savings bank with those of another such savings bank or state bank or with those of a federal savings bank or national bank, or other insured depository institution.
