CHAPTER 673 - SAVINGS BANKS
UNLAWFUL ACTS; PENALTIES

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or sell any securities as the result of any fraudulent misrepresentation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the license issued to him or her shall be forfeited and revoked.
