CHAPTER 675 - INSTALLMENT LOANS
REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES

In addition to any other lawful reasons, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke a license if the licensee has engaged in any act that would be grounds for denying a license pursuant this chapter.
