REGISTRATION

An applicant or registered provider shall notify the Commissioner within 10 days after a change in the information specified in paragraph (d) or (f) of subsection 2 of NRS 676A.310 or subsection 1, 3, 6, 12 or 13 of NRS 676A.320.
