UNLAWFUL ACTS; PENALTIES

Any person and the members, officers, directors, agents and employees thereof who knowingly and intentionally violate or participate in the violation of any provision of this chapter are guilty of a misdemeanor, unless a greater penalty is provided in this chapter.
