NRS 678B.530: Advertising sale, selling or appearing to sell cannabis or cannabis products or advertising as cannabis sales facility or cannabis consumption lounge without appropriate license prohibited.

1. A person shall not:

(a) Advertise the sale of cannabis or cannabis products by the person;

(b) Sell, offer to sell or appear to sell cannabis or cannabis products or allow the submission of an order for cannabis or cannabis products; or

(c) Advertise as a cannabis sales facility or cannabis consumption lounge,

Ê unless the person holds the appropriate type of license which authorizes the person to sell cannabis or cannabis products or engage in the business of a cannabis sales facility or cannabis consumption lounge, as applicable.

2. A local government shall not regulate the content of an advertisement for the sale of cannabis or cannabis products unless the local government adopts an ordinance setting forth such regulations.
