NRS 678C.500: Recommendation to Legislature.

The Board may recommend to the Legislature any change to the quantity of usable cannabis that a medical cannabis dispensary may sell to a person who holds a valid registry identification card, including, without limitation, a designated primary caregiver, that the Board determines to be appropriate.
