NRS 678D.500: Regulations; information about consumers.

The Board may adopt regulations necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Such regulations must not require a consumer to provide an adult-use cannabis retail store with personally identifiable information other than government-issued identification to determine the age of the consumer.
