NRS 679B.482: Power of Commissioner to remove participant or order participant to exit Program for certain violations. [Effective through December 31, 2029.]

If the Commissioner has reasonable cause to believe that a participant has engaged in, is engaging in or threatens to engage in any act or omission in violation of any provision of NRS 679B.466 to 679B.483, inclusive, or any other applicable statute or regulation for which a civil or criminal penalty is prescribed, the Commissioner may remove the participant from the Program or order the participant to exit the Program.
