GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Charter” means the certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, articles of agreement, articles of association, charter granted by legislative act, or other basic constituent document of a corporation, or the power of attorney of the attorney-in-fact of a reciprocal insurer.
