Credit as Asset or Deduction From Liability

Nothing in NRS 681A.211 to 681A.2165, inclusive, limits or in any way alters the capacity of a party to a reinsurance agreement to agree on requirements for security or other terms in that reinsurance agreement, except as expressly prohibited by NRS 681A.110 to 681A.240, inclusive, or other applicable law.
