CHAPTER 683A - PERSONS INVOLVED IN SALE OR ADMINISTRATION OF INSURANCE
MANAGING GENERAL AGENTS

Any person who acts as an administrator without having applied for and received from the Commissioner a certificate of registration as an administrator shall be fined not less than $300 nor more than $2,000.
