NRS 683A.184: Commissioner: Forms for application for initial licensure and renewal; fees for initial licensure and renewal; regulations.

1. The Commissioner shall:

(a) Prescribe the forms for an owner to apply initially for a license and to renew a license; and

(b) Adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 683A.181 to 683A.189, inclusive.

2. The Commissioner may establish by regulation:

(a) An initial application fee to be paid by an applicant for the initial issuance of a license; and

(b) A renewal fee to be paid by a licensee for the renewal of the license.
