NRS 683C.080: Association with and compensation from certain persons who sell insurance prohibited.

A licensed insurance consultant shall not employ, be employed by or be in partnership with, or receive any remuneration arising out of his or her activities as an insurance consultant from, any licensed producer of insurance or surplus lines broker or insurer.
