CHAPTER 684A - ADJUSTERS

This chapter applies to adjusters only as defined in NRS 684A.020, and does not apply to any person who adjusts or settles claims relating to life or health coverage or annuities. This chapter may be cited as the Nevada Insurance Adjusters Law.
