NRS 686A.2983: Requirements deemed to be included in vision benefit plans, vision benefit discount plans and contracts between provider of vision insurance and provider of vision care.

A vision benefit plan, a vision benefit discount plan or a contract between a provider of vision insurance and a provider of vision care that is subject to the provisions of this chapter and that is delivered, issued for delivery or renewed on or after January 1, 2026, has the legal effect of including the provisions required by NRS 686A.297 to 686A.2983, inclusive.
