CHAPTER 686C - NEVADA LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION
OPERATION

If the Association fails to act within a reasonable time with respect to an insolvent insurer, as provided in NRS 686C.150 to 686C.155, inclusive, the Commissioner may exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Association under this chapter with respect to the insolvent insurer.
