CHAPTER 689 - FUNERAL AND BURIAL SERVICES
PENALTIES

In addition to any other penalty provided for in this chapter, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter, for which a greater penalty is not otherwise provided by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
