NRS 689C.111: Professional employer organization deemed large employer in certain circumstances.

A professional employer organization which has more than 50 employees, including leased employees at client locations, and which sponsors a fully insured health benefit plan for those employees shall be deemed to be a large employer for the purposes of this chapter.
