NRS 689C.265: Carrier authorized to modify coverage for insurance product under certain circumstances.

A carrier may modify the health insurance coverage for a product offered to small employers pursuant to a group health plan if, for coverage that is available in that market other than through one or more bona fide associations, the modification is consistent with the provisions of this title and is effective on a uniform basis among such group health plans.
