NRS 690A.120: Delivery or issuance of policies and certificates of consumer credit insurance: Authorized entities.

All policies and certificates of consumer credit insurance may be delivered or issued for delivery in this State only by an insurer authorized to do an insurance business in this State, and may be issued only through holders of licenses or certificates of authority issued by the Commissioner.
