NRS 692C.060: “Insurance holding company system” defined.

“Insurance holding company system” means a combination of two or more affiliated persons, one or more of which is an insurer. The term does not include a domestic insurer or domestic holding company system authorized and doing business solely in this State which is not affiliated with a foreign or alien insurer.
