NRS 695A.270: Authority to prohibit in society’s laws waiver of provisions of society’s laws.

CHAPTER 695A - FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

The laws of the society may provide that no subordinate body or any of its subordinate officers or members may waive any of the provisions of the laws of the society. Such a provision is binding on the society and every member and beneficiary of a member.
