CHAPTER 695A - FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

Societies are not exempt from the provisions of NRS 679B.700. If a society is an admitted health insurer, as that term is defined in NRS 449.450, it is not exempt from the fees imposed pursuant to NRS 449.465.
