CHAPTER 695B - NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS FOR HOSPITAL, MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICE
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY; REGULATION

Upon approval by the Commissioner of any such merger and consolidation, the merged and consolidated corporation may withdraw any securities therefore deposited pursuant to any requirements of this chapter.
