General Provisions

A group contract issued by a corporation under the provisions of this chapter must contain a provision which permits the continuation of coverage pursuant to the provisions of NRS 689B.340 to 689B.580, inclusive, and chapter 689C of NRS relating to the portability and availability of health insurance.
