NRS 695B.258: Extension of coverage under existing group contract.

The medical service corporation may elect to extend coverage of a subscriber under the existing group contract for a period not to exceed 6 months following the day of the person’s eligibility for a converted contract if the conversion privilege is offered upon termination of the extended coverage under the group contract.
