NRS 695B.310: Corporation subject to same taxes, licenses, fees and supervision as domestic mutual insurer.

Any nonprofit hospital or medical or dental service corporation subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the same taxes, licenses, fees and, to the extent not regulated by the provisions of this chapter, the same supervision as a mutual insurer organized under the laws of the State of Nevada.
