CHAPTER 695D - PLANS FOR DENTAL CARE

“Plan for dental care” means any agreement in which a person agrees to provide or arrange for dental care or pay for or reimburse any part of the cost of that care and the member agrees to prepay, make periodic payments or pay through insurance for that care.
