NRS 695D.110: Certificate of authority: Required for establishing, operating, acting as administrator of, selling or offering to sell plan for dental care.

No person may establish or operate a plan for dental care, act as an administrator of such a plan or sell or offer to sell such a plan without first obtaining a certificate of authority from the Commissioner.
