CHAPTER 695F - PREPAID LIMITED HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Enrollee” means a person, including the dependents of the person, who is entitled to a limited health service pursuant to a contract with a person authorized to provide or arrange for that service pursuant to this chapter.
