CHAPTER 695F - PREPAID LIMITED HEALTH SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Subscriber” means a person whose employment or other status, except for family dependency, is the basis for his or her entitlement to receive a limited health service pursuant to a contract with a person authorized to provide or arrange for that service pursuant to this chapter.
