NRS 695I.500: State agencies to provide support to Nevada Health Authority and Exchange; intergovernmental agreements.

The Department of Human Services, the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry and any other relevant state agency shall work with and provide support to the Authority and the Exchange as those entities carry out their duties and powers pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, entering into agreements to share information and intergovernmental agreements with the Exchange.
