CHAPTER 695J - PERSONS WHO FACILITATE ENROLLMENT IN CERTAIN QUALIFIED HEALTH PLANS

“Appointment” means a contract, agreement or other arrangement under which a person may act on behalf of the Exchange as an assister, navigator or any other designation authorized or required by the Federal Act.
